More Gang Stalking Madness!

So there I was, Dear Reader, on a routine insurance case where I had to interview an individual involved in a single-vehicle motor accident along a straight stretch of road late one night.

But this isn't about that.

My destination was only about an hour's drive from Bad City, not that far out. It was a miserable grey day with intermittent showers and a cold breeze. One of those days when you don't really want to get out of your vehicle unless you really had to.

I took a back-roads route, off the well-travelled highway. It was a better drive, in my opinion, and one of my favourites.

Then I noticed something strange. A number of vehicles I had passed going the other way, and there weren't all that many of them to begin with, had one headlight out.

And as we know, vehicles with only one working light are symbolic of organised gangstalking.

Is that what this was? Am I now a victim of the very thing I mocked earlier?

Now if I were a paranoid schizophrenic I probably would have filmed the vehicles on my crappy hand-held cellphone then quickly uploaded the footage - shaky and blurry and showing sweet fuck all - to the rest of the tinfoil helmet brigade on YouTube.

But as this was nothing more than a statistically improbable, but yet still plausible, event - a saner mind prevailed.

Now, on another note - I recently found this post which seems rather familiar.

I guess I should be flattered.

Or should I be scared?

  1. I think in some sense that "gangstalking" is an unfortunate term for the organized campaign of psychological terror and semi-covert harassment that some people have experienced. For one thing, it is not traditional street gangs doing the "stalking" and for another, even the word "stalking" suggests an obsessed individual.

Some people don't know why they are being targeted, so conspiracy theories abound. But by focusing only on the fringe conspiracy theories, you are attacking a strawman here. At the same time, paranoia does beget paranoia, even if it is well justified at the beginning, and it can take over a person's life, to the point where ordinary incidents seem like "gangstalking."

Some of the goings-on that are being called "gangstalking" today have been historically well documented as for example the FBI's COINTELPRO program and the East German Stasi's "measures of disintegration" (Zersetzung):

    1. Hello, and thanks for your comment.

I have no doubt there are some people out there who are the very real targets of organised harassment and surveillance. I just doubt that they are Mister or Mrs Ordinary American (or any other nationality) who are of no interest, or value.

Governments, even evil ones, tend to be rational.

What purpose does it serve to harass the crazy cat lady in Apartment B 24/7 for 15 years?

      And at what cost?
